We believe refund policies should be fair and simple. If you're ever unhappy with Keyoqi for any reason, just contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
General Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting: feedback@keyoqi.com
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be reasonable and fair.
Examples of Full Refunds
We will typically grant full refunds in situations such as:
- You were charged for a renewal but intended to cancel
- You forgot to cancel and have not used the service since being charged
- You tried the service and were not satisfied within a short period
Examples of Partial Refunds or Credits
We may offer partial refunds or credits in cases such as:
- You forgot to cancel for an extended period but continued using the service
- You upgraded to a higher plan but did not use additional features
- There were service issues, downtime, or delayed support responses
EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union:
- You have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days
- However, if you begin using the service immediately, you may lose this right once the service has been fully delivered
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- Accounts terminated for abusive behaviour or violating our Fair Use Policy are not eligible for refunds
